What this site collects
The funnel pages set no cookies and run no analytics or advertising trackers. If you use the opportunity-map form, we collect the information you submit: your name, email address, company website (if provided), selected business bottleneck, consent, and submission source. We use it only to review your request, prepare the opportunity map, and contact you about it.
Legal basis and retention
We process opt-in submissions with your consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us. We keep the submission only as long as needed to deliver and follow up on the opportunity map, or until you ask us to delete it.
Third-party services
If you book a call, the booking is handled by Cal.com; if you purchase, payment is processed by Stripe. Each processes the details you enter (name, email, payment data) under its own privacy policy. Calling a demo phone number uses your phone provider under its terms. The opt-in form may be handled by the form or CRM endpoint configured by ivy&ion; that provider acts on our instructions.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to processing. Email hello@ivyion.com — we respond within 30 days. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
